Not one who loves doing transactions online but website was set up well and easy to use. The equipment is of good quality and also easy to use. Use address on confirmation email for quick pickup/drop off. Would recommend and will continue doing business with Rochester Trailer Rentals.

I had a good experience renting a utility trailer from here, the online booking was awesome and very straightforward. Prices are reasonable and they communicate quickly if you have questions. The only thing I wish they had, would be some sort of sign out by the road indicating you're in the right spot. From the road it just looks like a house and I was hesitant to pull in and thought I might be in the wrong place at first. Overall a great experience and if I need to rent again, I will be going here!

RTR was phenomenal to work with. The entire process was easy and seamless. The choice of options allowed me to select exactly what I needed for the load I needed to pick up. The trailer was prepped and ready to go when I arrived. Tie downs and straps were prepped and ready on the trailer to secure the load. Mike was extremely helpful and informative throughout the entire process. Not a single negative about the entire experience. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend!

We rented a dump trailer and it worked great, the customer service was phenomenal and renting online was super easy. Highly recommend.

10/10 service. Pickup was easy and simple. I highly recommend this company for anyone who needs to rent a trailer!!!!

10/10 would recommend if you are in need of a car trailer. My Benz was having transmission issues and they were able to help me out last minute with a rental. Flexible with time for pick up and drop off, which for someone who has varying work hours that was a huge bonus. Definitely will be back in the future.

I would recommend Rochester Trailer Rentals. I was in a bind with a different company and was recommended to them. In a matter of a couple hours they made it happen for me!! Great customer service.

Highly recommend renting a trailer from RTR. Mike at RTR made the experience painless and made sure everything needed for the trailer was there. Pick up and drop off couldn't be any easier. He will be the first person I call when I need a trailer in the future.

Very easy to rent. Owner was responsive and price is reasonable.

Fantastic selection! Great guy! Will definitely use Mike for my next trailer rental!!

Rochester Trailer Rentals was the perfect solution for what I needed. I don't have the room to keep a trailer 24/7, but often times find myself needing one for a day or two. They made this process seamless, while helping me pick the exact trailer for the job I had. I was always on the fence about buying a trailer and figuring out the storage. Now I have no need to worry about that. Thanks again.

I couldn't be happier with my trailer rental experience! From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free. The trailer was in excellent condition. Reliable equipment and reasonable prices. I will definitely be using them again!!

Excellent service, fast response and affordable!
